How to bookmark a website

Mozilla Firefox
1. Using
Mozilla Firefox browser , Load the website which you want to bookmark
2. Situate
the website position bar. The site bar is found on the top of the display,
there is the Back and Forward, Refresh,
Stop and Home icons in the same bar .
The Home icon looks like a little house. The whole URL is displayed in the
white bar to the right of the Home icon.
3. Click the
white star icon button in the position
bar. The star twists yellow once you snap on it. Representing that the URL has
been bookmarked.
4. Snap on
the yellow star to edit the particulars. The name of the website will show, permitting you to rename it if necessary. There is also a Folder
list that permit you to organize your bookmarks.
5. Pick the
folder by clicking on the sliding arrow inside the folder name box. Snap on the
folder where you want to save the bookmark and click Done.
Internet Explorer
6. Go to the website you wish for to bookmark in
your Internet Explorer browser.
7. Click on
the Favorites tab located on the top left side of your browser screen. This
will punctual a box to load on the left
side of your browser window.
8. Click the
Add to Favorites button located on the left side of your browser , above
the Favorites, Feeds and
History tabs. There is a star
plus sign on the icon on the left-hand side . This will prompt a pop-up on your screen the website's name with URL.
9. After
this procedure, choose the folder which you would like to save the URL in using
the folder drop-down list. Otherwise, create a new folder by clicking the New
Folder button. Then give a new name of the new folder and click Create then Add button.
Google Chrome
10 By using
Google Chrome browser Load the website which you want.
11 At top of the browser window (In the
right-hand end of the URL bar). There you will see a clear star, click this
star. It will go round yellow, and a list of options will pop up that allows
you to prefer what folder you want to save the URL in. Click the right folder,
and click Done. Your bookmark is saved.
12 Click on
the Pull icon which located on the top area of the browser screen. Select the
Tools option and click Always show bookmarks bar. This will constantly display
the bookmark bar. Allowing you to easily access bookmarks.
