common computer problem and solution
1.Task Manager Disabled:
If you are working on windows XP pro. follow steps will help you to enable Task Manager
SOLUTION 1:
Click start->Run
Enter gpedit.msc in the open box and click OK
In the group policy setting window. Select User configuration
Select administrative Templates
Select system
Select Ctrl+Alt+Delete options
Select remove Task Manager
Double-click the Remove task manager option
Disable that option
2.When I right click on start button and select “open”, a ”copy to” or “Move To” dialog box open automatically.

Now under this key, delete following 2 keys:

3.My Windows Login Screen has changed to ‘Classic Login Box’. I want the new Welcome screen back.
Solution:
Type ’ control userpasswords’ in RUN dialog box or open ‘User Accounts’ in Control
Panel. Then click on “change the way Users log on and off”. Now check the option “Use welcome screen”.If u get following error.
Uninstall client services for netware.
Then open “network connections ” and open properties of your internet connection .now goto
“Networking”tab and select “Client services on Netwaer” option and click on the “Uninstall” button.
4.No sound from speakers:
Solution:
Please check the back of your computer. Some computers may have speaker connections on both the soundcard and modem. You will need to plug the single stereo speaker plug into the socket on the soundcard usually marked Audio Out (or in some cases Speaker)
5.Computer seems to start up as normal but nothing appears on screen:
Solution:
As obvious as this may sound it is probably a cable not attached correctly, or the monitor power button being turned off. Please unplug all the cables and replace them carefully.
6. Slow performance:

This is an issue that plagues many computer owners and it can be sometimes helped simply by using good maintenance on your computer. Clean out the registry, defrag and clean the registry all on a regular basis.
7.CD keeps playing just the first few seconds of every song and then skips:
Solution:
If using the Windows 95 CD player go to Options on the tool bar and uncheck the setting Intro Play. If using some other CD player verify that your settings are for continuous play.
