I will give you the real tools which you need before to get your adsense approved by using blogger dashboard. So what you need to get your adsense approved.
A Blogger blog account
B blog content/articles (22 Nose)

If you don’t have a blogger blog, you can get new one now by creating here, but if you already have one blog go to your blogger dashboard and post above 22 articles. But do not copy and paste contents that are wrong or they might refuse your account.
If you have 22 or above articles, this is the just right time to apply for the Google adsense approval.
Now go to your blogger blog dashboard and there you’ll see three (3) signs which looks like the below image

Now click on the rocket beside the post list and a drop down menu will appear just like the below image.

In the dropdown menu click Earnings. After then you will reach a unexplained page there you can organize your adsense account approval. In the new page that you will see the below image.

Now click Get Started then you will reach to Google adsense registration page where you will fill up the registration form appropriately.
After completed your registration, Google Adsense team will send you an approval e-mail , but if your post is below that requirement, Adsense team will send you an email (you have insufficient contents) so ensure the article is more than 22.
