There is no default html menu tab in blogger blogs, but you can
add menu tabs to your blog’s home page with the Blogger Pages gadget or Link
List gadget (menu creator). You can add menu tabs linking to static pages on your blog for
example the Contact us, about me or Terms and Conditions page by using page
gadget. Another way, you can add menu tabs linking to external websites or your own blog posts by using link list gadget.
Add Menu Tabs With the Pages Gadget
Step 1
Log in to Blogger blog dashboard then Click the Design >>
Template this unlock the Blogger Design section’s Add and Arrange Page Elements
page.

Step 2
Click “Add a Gadget” in the sidebar section of the page, if
you want to add menu tabs to the blog’s sidebar, or Click “Add a Gadget” at the
top of the page if you want to add menu tabs below the header section.
Step 3
Now go to the “Pages” gadget in the popup window. Click the
“Plus (+)” icon beside the Pages gadget title to open the gadget arrangement interface.
Step 4
Then click and select the check box next to pages that you
want to involve as a menu tab. If you want Blogger to add all new pages as menu
tabs in the Pages gadget by default ,
just Click the box next to “Add New Pages by Default”. Then click the
“Save” button in the dialog box. Click “Save” at the top of the Add and Arrange
Page Elements page. This exhibits menu tabs linked to your blog’s fixed pages
on your blog’s home page.
Add Menu Tabs With the Link List Gadget
Step 1
Log in to Blogger and go to the Add and Arrange Page
Elements page in the Design section of the blog where you want to edit.
Step 2
Now click “Add a Gadget” in the top or sidebar portion of the
page. Go to the “Link List” gadget. Click the “Plus (+)” icon beside the Link
List gadget title to open the gadget arrangement interface.

Step 3
Now Insert the first website’s name and URL address, or your
blog post’s title and URL address of your post into the relevant store boxes. Then
click the “Add Link” button. Do again this action for each website or blog
address that you want to add in as a menu tab.
Step 4
Now click the arrow button in the “Sorting” portion. Select
“Sort Alphabetically” or “Sort Reverse Alphabetically” from the flatten menu to
configure the sort in which the gadget displays your link menu tabs. Then enter
the number of links that you want to display as menu tabs into the “Number of
Links to Show” box. Then click the “Save” button and also Click “Save” on the
Add and Arrange Page Elements page. This exhibits menu tabs linked to URLs on
your blog’s landing page.

Note:
Several third-party custom blog templates contain a split design
element for including menu tabs. To modify the menu tabs with your favorite links,
you will require going to “Edit HTML” in Blogger’s control panel section and changing
the existing URLs.
